They had a fan for us to borrow that’s about it. Almost everything. It felt unkept. The young people were wild and loud slammed doors throughout the night. Fire alarm at 4am was very scary and we saw no staff to help people. It was a false alarm and unsettling. Sketchy area.

Ok location I came in for check in, 3 of the staffs, were standing and not even welling to offer any help, then Matin came by, he was unwelcome and up ruptured! Kept saying I can’t check in as I am too early even, I have booked 1 night before, then checked in and awhile I was on night at 2 am, awhile I was in deep sleep, someone knocking on my door very loudly, every nights have kids making disturbing news, and when I told the staff they said just call us and we will ask the security to come and check the situation! Honestly, this is one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, everyday full of kids and teenagers, avoid by all cost

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the overall infrastructure of the hostel made everything feel comfortable and easy to navigate. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. A special shoutout to Hakim he was a genuinely warm and welcoming host. Nothing major to complain about — the stay exceeded expectations overall.

Alex nice I liked the location and some staff who were very nice and friendly while some were completely opposite. I didn't like the staff. After I checked out, I noticed that I left my power bank in my room. When I went back and asked the reception, she said that there's nothing found and she didn't even let me just quickly check my room with or without her. She was a short lady with Praktikant. She was the only receptionist I found extremely rude and inconsiderate. All the other staff was overall kind. I also didn't like that I have to wait that long while trying to do self check in as the website was crashing and wasn't working properly.
