The stuff was very friendly and nice

I loved how clean the property was. I had a beautiful room. The rooftop bar is a wonderful place to enjoy a drink and the views. The staff was welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was great as well. Nothing

Our room was crazy small, and I believe we paid for an upgraded room. It was a cement square with a wooden platform bed, and the windows made it feel a little prison like. We barely had room for our suitcases. The staff was really nice, but we checked in the same time as our friends and they got a room upgrade and we did not, just based on luck. But it made us a little angry. The breakfast was good. The location is surprisingly quiet given that it's close to the train station. The room size and it wasn't very comfortable. It was also hot inside, even though it was cold outside.

The room was a bit too small, but also very clean and tidy! And the breakfast was also very good!

There is coffee in the bar but it could be nice to have an electric kettle in the room.

Short 10 min walk from Hamburg main train station. Not so many restaurants or cafes around the hotel, but there are plenty by the main train station.

Rooms are very tiny, no facilities in rooms (e.g. kettle), no daily cleaning, toilets are manipulated to flush little water to supposedly "save" water, too many doors that are difficult to open to get from one spot to another, cleaning crew threw away our expensive face wash instead of handing it over to lost and found. For paying over a hundred euros per night, it was a disappointment.

A happy place to stay! The staff was cheerful and helpful. The rooms were a bit small but totally comfy!!!!

The rooftop bar was a bit loud on April 31 (holiday). Bed a little challenging to get into. WiFi is a hotspot so my company computer did not like it. Also a few challenges paying with credit card at the restaurant and no room charge possible. Other than that loved the concept, the friendly international staff and the location.

We were originally put on a floor where they were spray painting the walls. I ended up having an asthma attack from the fumes. While they moved our group to new rooms, they separated us on different floors causing us not to be near each other. It would have been better customer service for the hotel staff to recognize their error and comp us either the 'upgrade' which would allow us to have rooms on the same floor and /or breakfast for the inconvenience & discomfort. Instead the staff member acted as if they were doing us a favor by moving us to separate floors - which was in very poor taste given they were aware of the painting and fumes it would cause.

Awesome staff, modern, clean, great, generous breakfast, great youthful vibe I can't quite describe -all staff seemed like great people, likely concerned about the environment, guests and the world. Goofy awkward bed design in very tight quarters, making it difficult to get in and out of bed since there was not enough room to store my backpack/luggage out of the way

- Staff were helpful and friendly - Room was extremely tiny and in a super weird triangular shape – we couldn't open up our suitcases properly and was struggling with having any sort of table space to put stuff - The recommended / designated parking was awfully confusing to find and the parking lot that night also had some weird issue going on so the elevators didn't work, as well as the regular exit was impossible to find so it was a journey to go from parking to the hotel itself

During our 3-night stay, on two different days we were required to evacuate the hotel because of fire alarms, which later turned out to be false. This caused unnecessary stress and seriously disrupted our rest. What was most disappointing was that the hotel staff did not offer any apology or explanation for the situation. While safety is important, repeated false alarms combined with a lack of communication and accountability show a clear lack of professionalism. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience.

Atmosphere and breakfast Nothing

Friendly, somewhat informal welcome. Simple but sufficient room, gold quality breakfast with mostly clear vegan options (some things like the baba ghanoush was only labelled for allergens, but there was vegan cheese). The soap smelled really nice :). Missed a cappuccino with plant milk (complaining at a high level here)

They allowed me to check in earlier than 3pm. The place is very quiet and comfortable not totally but for a solo traveller the alley/street going to the main street is a bit quiet and a little isolated that going home at night and leaving too early is a bit uncomfortable.

Roof top terrace, lobby friendly and cheerful, close to train/metro station Room where a bit small (when knew but still...)

The location was good. The room was clean. Internet connection outage during night. I had to wait about 15-20 minutes for checking in. No appropriate communication regarding why I should’ve waited for that time. Only one of staff said that they were working on IT or something like that but he did not say how long I should wait. After about 15-20 minutes I initiated again for checking in. I had to fill a couple of forms for checking in to share my passport info with them. It seemed this hotel did not scan or didn’t copy the first page of passport. The room was small but it was clean. Due to IT issues, I couldn’t open my room’s door with the card. I had to ask one of receptionists to open my room’s door for me. My room was a rather cold.
