My second stay at this lovely boutique hotel. My single room is small, but comfortable and very clean, with a view of the courtyard garden. The stylish interior design makes a change from the usual bland decor in a lot of hotels. The breakfast was excellent as usual, and the adjoining tapas bar provided a very welcome late supper. The owner was really helpful and friendly as were all the staff. The location is great with bus stops around the corner and the Alster in walking distance. We thought the breakfast was great! The mattress was a bit soft but that is just personal preference.

only that they allow pets. The rooms are terrible, dirty, not ventilated, there is always a smell of mold and toilet, the room is stuffy even though it is only 18C outside. There is rust everywhere, the breakfast room is small and dirty. We don't understand how this hotel can have 4 stars?

Individuell, tolle neue Einrichtung, hohe Decken, Blick in den Garten, gutes Frühstück. Gartenmöbel zur Frühstückszeit trotz guten Wetters nicht aufgeräumt. War aber kein Problem, hab ein Plätzchen gefunden.

Modern, clean room. Elevator was out of service which made it difficult with bags. There was no offer to assist with carrying bags up three flights, which I think was pretty bad.
