Good mattress and clean No small refrigerator in the room, no kettle to make a tea or a coffee. Very basic hotel room. They told me that in some rooms they have the refrigerator. But couldn’t see this info in the booking process.

Very good value fir money. Perfect breakfasts, frienly staff and very clean hotel. Location was OK for me but thats not city center -thus 9/10. On the other hand - very quiet area. On the last day elevator broke down but things happen. I am sure that it will be fixed in no time.

Staff was very helpful and nice; the location was close to the train station and easy to get to centre from; the room was a good size. We could see the real Hamburg, and not just the city centre. Bed was VERY soft, and after a few night I started to feel pain in my lover back; breakfast was overpriced.
