Very close to town centre and train station, easy check in, clean and suitable for a short stay Rooms basic. A small fridge or some water in the rooms would be lovely.

Staff was super friendly. It was very clean. They hosted various events at the same time in the lobby. For example, a conference and a salsa class. The conference reception blocked the entry and the elevators, the dance class was so loud that one could barely communicate with the staff at the reception. This is really bad. Also this meant that the common facility in the entrance was blocked and was unusable because of the noise the crowds. I thought the hotel the be first for guests but i guess guests come second. Also, for short stays it is fine. But if you stay more than two nights, there is only three hangers and not other possibilities to put away your clothing.

Poor breakfast and set up that there are even only 2,3 people but still have to queue and wait . The guests take time to get food as 1 hand have to hold a tray like in a small canteen and nowhere to put the tray down.

The location is one of its biggest advantages. It is very close to one of Hamburg's main S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations (Berliner Tor), making it incredibly easy to reach any part of the city by public transport. The hotel is also easy to access by car, which is a great benefit for guests who are driving. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I would not recommend booking it with your stay. The selection was very limited, and the quality of the ingredients was below expectations. It felt like most of the food came from a discount supermarket rather than being freshly prepared !! , so it did not offer good value for the price. Another downside was the room design. The hotel follows a modern, minimalist concept, so there is no proper wardrobe. Instead, clothes have to be hung on an open clothing rack, which is not very practical, especially for guests staying several days or traveling with a lot of luggage.

The staff were really polite and helpful. Front office and housekeeping treated us treat nicely. The room was small but clean. Comfortable bed and properly functioning AC. Our room was facing the inner courtyard so it was quiet and we slept well. There is a microwave and some kitchen essentials available which was quite nice. They have some fun games in the lobbed area and the ambiance was young and fun. Overall a good stay and great job from the staff. The amenities are rather basic considering the price of the room. A bottle of water, a proper luggage stand etc. would make the stay more comfortable and it’s usually offered at every hotel.the sink in the room got clogged on our first day. They tried to fix it shortly after we reported the issue so it was good to see the problem being addressed immediately. The location was a bit away from public transport so it meant a 7-10 min walk to get to train stations.
