The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of the Central Train Station and just a short distance from a supermarket. The rooms are clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The staff receptionist was not professional enough her name is Yung as I recall , not the level to speak to tourists and bad image about the hotel staff

The room was clean, the location was OK, if you can walk (there were many construction sites on the way, which makes it hard with trolley bags) The receptionist (i dont remenber her name) was very rude with us. Our phone in the room was not working and she blamed us all the time. The hotel was not able to get it repaired! For every single small item (slippers, towels (we are 2 ppl and were meant to use just 1 bath towel for the first 3 dys), room cleaning etc) you had to ask the hotel and wait for at least 40min. This was a big problem for us, as we are used to asian hospitality, where you get everything on arrival, at least for the first time.

The location was good, you could easily reach the main train station and the shopping street! The breakfast was horrible…. They had a lot of variety, but nothing was tasteful. Breads were very soft, NO crunch at all! Fruit was just taste- and aromaless, as if bought from the next discounter. No Stirring system for juices…. They were nit fresh aa well, you got everytime a tatseless watery layer! For us it was the waste of money (28Euro/ person for a day). At the check out they had some system error, the lady Katja did ‘t bother to tell us about that. After we picked up our luggage and the online receipt was still not there, i requested again for the receipt. There was ‘t any excuse from her side! I was the one who was asking too much favor! The Phone in our room 631 didn’t work and we had to connect with our personal phones with the reception. Again we were at fault!

The staff were helpful and breakfast was okay. The rooms were spacious and we got a good view of the city. The location was really bad as the area where the hotel was situated was unclean, littered with rubbish and potentially many drug users on the streets. The bathroom did have some moulds
