Nice hotel, good bar. Lovely big soft bed. Good location. Room was too hot at night and couldn’t sleep. There was a small dial for some sort of air conditioning but it didn’t do much not matter what I tried.

Location is great, the breakfast was classic and room is so spacious. Some of the furniture are a bit antique, there should be a modernisation agenda

Nothing Very disappointing experience. I specifically booked this hotel because I was looking for a hotel with a swimming pool, and there are still many Google photos showing the pool. Shortly before arriving, I discovered that the pool was closed and contacted the hotel to complain. When I arrived, they told me I might be able to use the pool at another hotel and promised to contact me in my room with the details, but nobody ever contacted me. I complained again at check-out, but there was still no real solution or compensation. They just kept mentioning the other hotel, although nothing had actually been arranged. The pool being closed was disappointing, but the lack of communication and follow-up made the experience much worse.

Location, spacious room, comfy bed and great sleep. Sauna. Only mirror was in the bathroom, could have done with a mirror in the bedroom too.

The location and neighborhood were terrific! Very close (not even 5 minutes walk) to U-Bahn Gänsemarkt. The room was very specious, the bed super comfy, breakfast was sumptuous. We stayed there for 3 nights. On the second day I asked to kindly replace the coffee pads we had used and was told I had to BUY the pads in the lobby!!! QUE??? Why would I only get coffee capsules for the first day and not for the following days, seeing that we paid full rate for the three days? I found this extreme poor service from a 5* hotel. Later that afternoon they did get replaced though. A second gripe was that the breakfast room, though still very large, was under dimensioned for the amount of people showing up. We selected different times, but it was the same at all hours. Thanks to a very nice Maitre D. at the entrance we did manage to secure a table.
