My flight was delayed, I arrived at 3am. The room was ready for me, after a quick check in. The location was great, close enough to the Ironman start point. The room was big and had everything I needed. I don’t like bathtub. I didn’t know that I can ask for a room without it.

We got a room with a door attached to another room, first morning was not nice as the guests in the other room were very loud early in the morning so we couldn't sleep anymore

This is a stylish hotel. Well furnished and appointed. Good breakfast, typical of good European hotels catering to everyone’s breakfast preferences.

We left a belt in the hotel room that they didn't return, they charged me money that wasn't mine and the receptionist told me it would be returned along with the deposit, and it's been a month and I still haven't received it back, and there was a rat in the hotel

location is great, staff is helpfull The hotel is a bit expensive for the size of the rooms, which are quite small. The property itself feels old and in need of renovation. The restaurant is small, and the bar seating area is limited, with only a few couches available.

The location of the hotel is perfect—10/10. The room had a nice view and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel has no spa, so I had to use the spa at the nearby Marriott, which was not convenient. The price was extremely high for December, and the room and bathroom felt more like a 3–4 star standard rather than a 5 star. The elevator was also old and made strange noises when going up or down. Overall, I regret not paying a little more to stay at another true 5-star hotel, or paying the same to stay at a solid 4-star option.

Very nice, comfortable, large room, very good and varied breakfast including vegan options, very friendly staff, extremely central location close to Jungfernstieg & Rathaus, nice bar&bistro. Did not check the gym, but supposedly nice view from 6th floor. We asked for a quiet room "away from the street" and indeed got a room to the backyard - which had a very loud ventilation system, so one could not sleep with open window. D'oh.
