Hotel was gorgeous, staff were great. The room itself was also really perfect for the 2 nights stay. Everything was clean, very easy to use. There was even complimentary water and coffee on my floor. Nothing, no complaints!

Location, comfortable bed Not continuing in taking care of the facilities, like cleaning in properly and getting rid of mold in the bathroom. Very small room for 2 persons and the curtrain at the shower is just on one side.

Very cool people at the reception and bar which are both connected. You can grab a guitar from the wall and play a tune if you have a musical vain in your body ;-) No water jug or coffee. The rooms were a bit strange with the water basin in the room.

The location is perfect! The room was very clean and well designed — the barhroom never leaked, no humidity, very convenient. The AC worked just fine. The bed was comfortable. Almost all the staff were friendly. The pigeons live nearby and make some noise but it’s very cute :)

The location was perfect for exploring for the day . very quirky bar area , lovely and clean and we appreciated the galley that they had on our floor with all the amenities that were not in the room , very handy for our morning coffee without filling up the room as it was quite compact . Lovely and clean. Handy parking right opposite the hotel Check in process was quite lengthy and staff were having to switch between serving the bar and helping with the check in.

The bar area was ok & had a nice terrace outside by the canal. The room was in my opinion very basic & needed an up grade. My room wasn’t serviced for my second night, so had to ask the bar tender for fresh towels. Not my sort of hotel really. Wouldn’t stay again

The location was lovely, beautiful view, and close to city activities etc. The breakfast buffet was also very nice! Room size was small, but the thing I didn't like was the layout. Mirror on back of entry door opposite bed, bathroom sink and vanity area, in room, instead of inside a separated bathroom, Shower and toilet inside glass cubicles with only curtains / frosted glass for privacy. Some staff members did not appear to be interested / or trained in providing customer services - during check in we experienced a rude staff member. During check out we experienced delays due to a lack of cooperation between staff members.
