I was very impressed with the whole experience. Instructions for check in were detailed and easy to follow, the accommodations were beautiful and clean. The location was excellent.

The bathroom was very clean and practical. The central location is great for exploring the city by foot and the nearby train station provides easy access to the airport.

Clean room, great location, simple but sufficient hotel for an OK price.

The shower cabin is a bit too small, even for a thin person. You cannot leave any luggage with them before the check-in and after the check-out.

Great location - right next to an S-bahn station’s exits (2 stops away from Hauptbahnhof) Room was clean, tidy and spacious The day staff was great and helpful. They provide teas coffee and croissants in the morning and it tastes great. Slight hiccup on self check in. Nonetheless, Hotel was made aware of the situation and the day staffed handled it well.

Excellent hotel situated in a fairly central location of Hamburg, with on-site secure parking (at an additional charge). Clean and comfortable, basic breakfast which was sufficient for us. Would stay again. Self check in is obvious if you read your email properly (which I didn't!). Some noise from the traffic which you may not get in a room situated at the back, but this would not deter me from staying again.

The location is excellent! Staff is so friendly and helpful. They were very nice during all of my stay. The small breakfast they offer is perfect because coffee is delicious and croissants are so crunchy. The reception works only in the morning. Probably longer time period would be better.

Room was clean. Location is almost perfect to stay. There were coffee, tea and croissant at the reception in the morning hours. Bed wasn’t comfortable and shower bath wad very narrow.

Nice room size, calm location. Slightly far from the train station. No reception at the arrival (though instruction on how to retrieve the keys were very clear). The building and the rooms are a bit old.

The ambient noise from the other guests. Doors can permit noise and they make some noise due to air pressure in the corridors.

Location is good The room, bed, duvet is very small. My foots were autside as i am in the childrens room. Bad is not comfortable. Lightning is wretched. There were only table lamps giving dim light. I could hardly collected my suitcase. Reception was not on duty as while it should be when my checking out time. I newer choose this hotel after this. I coulndt recomendate to anybody
