The state was extremely convenient and located nearby the location that I needed to be would definitely stay again can we add some bacon or Nuremburgers to the breakfast?

The decor is new and tasteful throughout. Breakfast was pleasant, something for every taste. The location and price point was good for us. We would book this hotel again. We opted not to have our room cleaned after the first of three nights, but then they missed us on the second too! We had removed the 'Do not disturb' sign by 9AM, and were out all day, so aren't sure why.

The lighting was impractical. The table had a fixed light strip that caused glare when sitting, while the table surface itself was not illuminated, making the table difficult to use. In the bathroom, the lighting and mirror placement were also not well designed, as there was no mirror with adequate lighting that allowed a clear view when standing at the sink.

The hotel features an urban-industrial style and offers good connections to the city by public transport. The rooms are cozy and very quiet, and the staff was helpful.

Worst of all, the entire property is basically a construction site, with loud noise starting at 7 AM every morning. Nobody informed me about this in advance. When I complained to the staff, their response was: “We weren’t told either.” Very professional, right? To make matters worse, they didn’t even offer proper compensation. The room was very quiet. Staff were helpful.

Good clean budget hotel with a nice decor. Close proximity to UKE, about 10 min by foot. The breakfast was ok, typical continental german breakfast. The wifi was mostly unusable. I had to use my cellphone as hotspot to be able to attend a zoom meeting.

Service Team at Reception need to be improved. PC was not working - sent invoice via mail but with a lot of mistakes. I have ordered a taxi but this Taxi has been cancelled, and no info received, I lost 30 min.

The airconditioning was not working during two separate stays at the hotel, two weeks apart. This was in the summer and the rooms were too hot. The hotel staff said there was a mechanical issue.
