There was a little issue with the booking, but it was handled very professionally and with CARE. Human errors happening but the management took appropriate action to our full satisfaction.

Only location I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we had to argue with the staff about the booking. We reserved a room for two, but they tried to make us pay extra. The booking clearly stated a private bathroom plus access to a shared one, but when we got there, they claimed this meant only a shared bathroom – and they charged an outrageous price for it. Additionally, the staff barely spoke any English, which made communication very difficult. As for comfort, it was seriously lacking. We could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms, and the room was quite cold, making it hard to relax. Overall, a very frustrating and unpleasant experience.

It is okay. Nothing special. The location is good; there is a lot of public transport around. Stay here because I need a hotel that is close enough to the Volksparkstadion The room was small. It's more like a motel than a hotel. So, it is pretty expensive for the facility and quality that they offer.

The place was very clean and neat The curtains were not blockout and the lights from the street lit the room substantially during the night There was No aircon and NO fans and we travelled in summer No breakfast No hooks for hanging bath towels in the bathroom or behind the doors
