WIFIIIIII oh my god we didnt have any internet entire trip. Like if it was slightly lagging id be okay. But there was like none. And the location but at least it was near a bus stop so going somewhere was nicely managable.

The hotel is very clean and quiet, and the room was large and comfortable. I didn't have a car, but there are several restaurants nearby within walking distance, and you can always eat at the hotel. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the room temperature. The Wi-Fi connection was disappointing; I had to ask for another room shortly after arriving because the first one had absolutely no signal. The new room was on the ground floor, where the signal was better, but the connection speed varied greatly throughout the day, from almost unusable to good, but never exceptional. A shame for an otherwise wonderful hotel.

The Hotel is a bit older, but the rooms are clean. Breakfast is also good. The Hotel needs some upgrades especially, room doors don’t close well and you can hear every noise coming from the hallway. I overall liked the hotel, but I believe it’s a bit too pricey considering it needs some improvements. For that price range you can find better hotels in Hamburg.

The room was a good size and the bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfast was very good and convenient. The desk staff were excellent and very helpful. Convenient for Hamburg airport. Not great for public transport but that was not the reason we chose this hotel. A ten minute walk does get you to a mainline station which is convenient for getting into the city centre. Some food had run out with 20 minutes left before breakfast finished. Very few nearby restaurants.

Bed and bathroom was good, I didnt book breakfast so i couldnt comment. I didnt realise that there would be no electric jug with tea and coffee in the room.

room size bed, temperature (it was very cold!), duvet was too thin, so cold that i slept with my coat on, even though the radiator was on max heat. really poor wifi connection. no kettle in the room. bed was very shaky and had holes in it.

Everything was ok - from the wonderful staff to the room, and confort and cleaningness. One thing that was a little bad for my own taste was that it got quite cold in the evenings and night, and so I had to double-up on the blankets.

2 bed room and the width of the bed was only 140 cm!

The breakfast it was ok! Location ... The price is very high for all the services who delivered!

Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Sorted taxi's for us and recommended a lovely place to eat down the road. Breakfast was lovely. Facilities at the hotel were lacking. No proper bar. Rooms stank of stale smoke. Location wasn't great but needed it for stadium.
