Amaziing like with German quality. Good breakfast, acommodation was great. Good people and behaviour was there.

Very professional and friendly staff always willing to help. The breakfast was good and served from early 6 am to 11 am. Overall the bed was very uncomfortable- they had the box spring base and a topper. We could not get a second pillow. There was no mattress at all … then the heating was not adjustable, my wife was freezing and the feedback was also not well taken. We should simply have asked for a separate heater.

Room was of decent size and clean. But lacks many things like, there is no kettle, no means of making tea or coffee, no ironing facilities, no fridge, shelf size is just ok. But there is a table and chair, enough for working. Breakfast is just standard, same items every day. But it is ok. Location is perfect, close to metro and S-Bahn. The location was good, the room was not dirty. The room was warm but you couldn't adjust it yourself, the walls were thin. They even charge you for a cup of filter coffee, there is no water or anything else to offer.

Excellent location (5 metro stations from the central station); there is also a direct connection to Hamburg Airport.- 20 -30 minutes. Very friendly and efficient staff, all the necessary facilities, a very good three-star hotel. In the area there are enough restaurants, a supermarket, and a natural park (forest). Very suitable for both, business trip and city break. Breakfast could be more varied, but it is ok.

in general OK , ratio value/money is very good VERY rude stuff, can't remeber her name, but really people hating other people should not be allowed to work in cutomer service. She was at the reception on 17/02 morning.

Check in was very fast. liked the location It is not sound proof I could hear people from other rooms. There were some red stains that looked like blood on the floor. I booked this hotel for newyears but I think in the end the room is too expensive for what you get. for example: There was no kettle for tea/coffee and no hygiene supplies.
