Very good location, close to S-bahn in nice neighbourhood. Modern and cozy designed hotel. Staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast could be better, but it is ok overall.

I want to say a special thanks to the land master of the property, Mr Amsikora. He is an amazing person who gives excellent support to guests and provides detailed information, which helps a lot with quick orientation. He is a very kind and positive man. The location is ok. Beaches are everywhere; the challenge is finding a good place to park your car. You'll need to do some research to find the nearest grocery stores, which are in the next village; the supermarkets are about a 20-minute drive away. In 40 min, you can drive yourself up to Cagliar

Unfortunately in hot summer days hotel rooms were without working AC. Plus construction right in front of the hotel, so better not open the windows. Very nice and friendly stuff.

1) Room Does not have locker & place to keep any cloths 2) They say they will only clean rooms only after 3 days. 3) Their breakfast starts @6am, in the evening I asked then person said since you are going @5.45 generally things are ready and take whatever is ready. When on the day of checkout I came down @5.50AM and started taking the plate the girl in the reception said you can's take at present. Location
