Dog smell in whole room entire night, did not get what I ordered in booking.com, they offer online checkin - where tou select room based on your order, on arrival they trick you and put to worst possible room. Was there few years only this year was very bad.

The room was spacious and tidy. The room had everything needed. Location is good, as bus goes directly to the city center. Easy check in and check out. Nice goodies near reception were a nice surprise. Despite making sure the day earlier that sauna is turned on each day until 10pm, it was already off at 9pm.

Great location if you are driving and do not wish to drive into the city centre.It's a few minute-drive once you come out of the tunnel.The room is not very big but sufficient to sleep in. The staff at the reception desk and the bar are very helpful. You can take public transport to get to the city centre. Too many people around especially in the breakfast room.It is not relaxing when there is a convention or seminar.It was too crowded throughout our stay. They charge too much for breakfast.

The reception staff that helped us with the check in. AC not working and not solution provided rather than a small fan. Furniture stained Poor housekeeping procedures And the worse of all, the restaurant / F&B staff absolute lack of knowledge in matters of allergens and proper signage related. I asked about some allergens in food items, to which after chatting with 3 persons I was indicated was fully safe to eat, for then discover that one of the most dangerous allergens was part of one of the items. Also the signage does not include it which is terrible in matters of compliance and EU regulations. This is not only a complain but can be a life threatening situation, and they are not trained on it. Unacceptable.

A much better experience than NH Berlin. Everything felt professional, the staff were great, and we were happy with our stay. The breakfast was good, though not exceptional. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working properly.
