Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast for the price, very close to the airport. Limited choice of fruit and vegetables at breakfast. If you're looking to explore the city, it might be worth choosing a location closer to the city centre.

I walked there from the airport, which was handy and only took 12 minutes (one taxi quoted € 25 for the 3 minute ride). The continental breakfast was okay, and the bed was comfy. It was very good value for money, and I would use it again. There was no air con in the room, and the room was very warm when I arrived (ca. 10:30pm). Had to keep doors and windows open for an hour to cool it down. Reception is only manned until 10pm, and they hadn't emailed me the code for the key box, but when I phoned the number next to the key box, someone answered right away, and I got the code. Being so close to the airport, the hotel is in the flightpath, which means you'll hear planes above you from about 7am onwards.

Nice, clean hotel, very friendly staff and a good breakfast. The hotel is right in the flight path of the airport, opening a window at night for fresh air was not great.

Location close to Hamburg airport was convenient for our needs. Rooms are very basic and beds not the most comfortable. Clean, but certainly no frills accommodation.
