Hotel staff went above and beyond to facilitate a special request.

Quiet room. Friendly staff. Walking distance to airport No AC. In slightly hotter weather it would have been hot. But, they had a fan in the room

Arrived by the underground train and an easy, less than 5 min. walk. Corner location on a busy intersection, but the windows sealed tightly and helped eliminate most of the sound. Located within minutes to the airport; shuttle agreement with neighbouring hotel at a reasonable cost of 5 Euros/person. Breakfast offered breads, cheeses, sliced meats, cheeses, a few veggies/fruits, yogurt, muesli; included a carafe of coffee. While the hotel is retro, it has been wonderfully maintained. Very clean.

We stayed in the hotel to be close to the airport. The room was clean, we slept well before the trip. We arrived to the airport by walking 15 minutes from the hotel. During the walk, we enjoyed airplanes' departures and arrivals from the walking bridge. We also noticed that bus N292 is having frequent trips to and from the airport, but we haven't used it from the hotel's bus stop as there was no information about this line in Google side and we didn't knew about this bus line before noticing it in the midlle of our walk.

Every thing was very good

The location is very near to airport, with uber 12 EURO, walk like 20 minutes. The Staff here are very good, prepare everything in advance. The bed is a little small, and too much soft. There is no elevator.

There is no fridge in rooms and no coffee machine with payment in the lobby

Nothing. Do not book this hotel if you want to ensure you have an airport shuttle! Hotel couldn't accommodate my arrival time even though "free shuttle" is listed, which is the only reason I booked this place. Had I known, I would have chosen another and cheaper hotel in the area. Also, I never actually arrived to my hotel because all public transport was cancelled last minute due to bad weather. I cancelled as soon as possible and requested a refund. Hotel only refunded me 20% of the total fee, although it had plenty of rooms available for other guests, so me not showing up wouldn't have made any difference.

it does not have an elevator which i did not realize and i have a disability so that got complicated. it seems strange not to have a lift in an airoprt hotel or place to leave luggage downstairs to accommodate.

Wonderful as always! Late check in saved us again! Everything was wonderful, maybe check out at noon instead of 11 am.

The location was very convenient to Hamburg Airport, which made it very easy to get to my flight. It is also very close the U-Bahn station which gives you access to several Hamburg places. The staff was VERY friendly and the place is immaculate. Nothing. It was perfect!

Wonderful as always: Late check in possible, super friendly staff, nice rooms, walking distance to the airport. I wish I could try the breakfast one of these days. Need later flights. Everything was wonderful
