No hot water in the private shower. Had to use the shared one in a different floor. Half the wall sockets were not working. No toiletries.

The room was quite spacious and clean! We also had a minifridge! It's not super soundproof but also didn't hear that much. And the location is well connected to the public transport system of Hamburg. A bus stop is less than 5 minutes away. And the value is pretty good! Did not get a king bed, instead two single beds we had to manually push against eachother. Also, there is rarely anyone at the reception.

The hotel has friendly staff and a great restaurant. Very nice and helpful people The hotel is located far from the shopping centers. However, the bus station is nearby.

Easy check in, clean room albeit a bit old. Friendly staff. The location is a bit far from the center and only reachable by bus. Price was relatively high for a three star hotel.

There was an issue with our room card and we couldn't get into our room during night. No staff to help, called 8 different numbers we found in the reception, but no one offered help or even answered.

The friendliness of staff, even the cleaner. We booked 2 days of stay, There is only 1 access card access for 1st day. Our access card doesn't work the 2nd day. We returned at hotel at 1:00pm standing at heavy rain, unable access to the premis. Luckily the staff appeared and enable our access card despite the late night.
