The area surrounding the hotel (and the city apart) is very loud at night, which made sleeping hard with open windows due to the heat. Can't recommend during a hot summer.
-
Wifi was strong, water was hot, and there is a large radiator heater in the room. Our room was on the ground floor so we didn't have to use the stairs since the lift was broken. The receptionist argued with me about the wifi and my needing a passcode to log in. She said the wifi didn't need a password, but she didn't know (check-in is done at another hotel). I asked her to ask someone else, which she did, and they gave me the wifi passcode for the other building where I was staying. As others have mentioned multiple times, the area is rough at night, and there is usually someone sitting on the entry stairs, but they don't bother you and move so you can enter and exit.

On the streets out of the building and surrounding the building, there were people in bad situation, some of those people even sat on the stairs to the front door of the building. The location doesn't feel safe. The elevator was not functioning, we had to climb up the stairs with luggage. The room has no air conditioning, very hot. The kitchen area has no ventilation. The bathroom was not clean. The lighting in the room was poor.

Room was spacious. Elevator did not function.

I liked how my room had 2 floors in apartment 5. And beds were comfortable I guess. We hat to go up with 5 floors of stairs WITH luggages no elevator, the area of the hotel was horrible - there were homeless in front of our door so we couldn’t even go outside at 8pm. Its not very safe, the reception was a few buildings away, what if they came in and slept inside? We couldn’t gone outside but they left later. Except the bedroom the hotel was DIRTY. Appreciate the 2 floors but the second floor was very empty and hot, the dining area was very-empty so maybe more decoration. The balcony didn’t look very safe since the floor was just some thin wood planks with nails-not trustable at ALL.

Close to main train station and walkable to main sites If was quite cold when we first arrived and took a while to heat up
-
It was very clean. It was very close to the train station. It was so cold that within 5 days we just could heat up to the minimum comfort. Probably because there was no heating on, all windows was open when we arrived since who knows. The whole district was awfull. People were angry, lots of times we saw people on high, or worst condition. At one day we just come out from the front door to the street, and at the entrance a couple of people was very busy to get their enjoyment between each other's leg. Shock. It was a shock. We lived in the first ground. The windows are opened to some neighbour's service garden where all day, all night an industrial air conditioner run exactly the height of the window.

dodgy characters on the street - homeless people sleep at front door since no reception or front desk or staff on duty
-
Location good with direct access to train station and walking to downtown. But, whole area quite dodgy and dirty But, whole area quite dodgy and dirty. People shouting at night and sleep in the entrance. Room is small for four people. Has no kitchen although in the intro it says all apartments have a kitchenette. A bit misleading.

It has a good size overall and layout The location was not great. Homeless sleeping on the door and disturbing people in the street (alcoholics, drug addicts, prostitutes, etc). Also we had to carry the luggage by the stairs 5 floors as the lift was not working
