The room was clean and big enough for 4 of us. The check-in was easy. The facilities were quite nice. Parking was easy, which was important since we were on a road trip. It's a solid place to stay over night! The online check-in process was a bit quirky. At the registration they gave us only one magnetic key, even though we had an entire family. The bar at the hotel didn't accept cards so I had to charge the room. The breakfast was rather basic, no fireworks.

Our recent stay at this hotel was a classic case of "good news and bad news." There are some real highlights, but a few significant drawbacks kept it from being a truly great experience. The Pros: The hotel’s location is excellent. Bus 12 stops right outside and takes you directly into the heart of the city, which is super convenient. For drivers, the secure underground parking is a huge plus at a very reasonable €12 a day. The room itself was functional and came with a handy kitchenette equipped with a fridge and microwave, which is always a bonus for longer stays or saving money on meals. The standout feature, however, was the breakfast. The restaurant is massive, and the selection is truly impressive. The food was good, and there was plenty of variety to choose from. On top of that, the staff we encountered were generally friendly and welcoming. Overall: This hotel has the potential to be great, thanks to its location, parking, and fantastic breakfast. However, the dated rooms, thin walls, and a couple of unpleasant interactions (especially the checkout incident) detracted from our stay. If you're looking for a budget-friendly base with good transport links and don't mind a less-modern room, it might work for you. However, if you value peace, quiet, and a hassle-free checkout, you might want to look elsewhere. The Cons: Unfortunately, the room (we were in 419) let the side down. While functional, it felt fairly outdated and old-looking. The furniture was so plentiful that it made navigating the room a bit of a challenge, and we found ourselves bumping into things. The bedding was also an issue—the pillows were either far too huge or too small, with no comfortable middle ground. To make matters worse, the walls are quite thin, so we could clearly hear our neighbors upstairs and next door, which disturbed our sleep. The biggest issue, however, came at checkout. We politely asked to see the bill before paying, but the lady at reception refused, saying we could only see it after we'd paid. This felt very odd and left a sour taste, as we had no opportunity to check for errors. We also witnessed a staffing issue on the night of the World Cup final. The sole man working the restaurant was completely overwhelmed, handling orders, drinks, cooking, and serving all by himself. He was understandably snappy, but the atmosphere became tense, and every guest felt too awkward to ask for anything. This was clearly a management problem, not his fault, but it negatively impacted the evening.

Perfect for family break on the long trips.

Nothing Everything
-
Rooms much smaller than the pictures
-
Perfect for my husband and I to take our niece and nephew around with the two rooms connected by the big sliding door. Nothing.

Big and modern room with a spacious bathroom, everything seemed new and clean. Small kitchen with utilities, towels and toiletries included. Very good breakfast. We weren’t disturbed by the neighbours. We didn’t manage to control the AC / heating system in the room, it was quite hot (25 degrees), we left the balcony open but there was no mosquito net at the windows. Also, it takes about an hour to reach the airport by public transportation, there is a bus station nearby but the location is not central.

Very good room, spacious bathroom, kitchen had all we needed. Bus stop is just outside the hotel. All was great:)

Location - too far from citycenter

Hotel parking was paid and hard to get. Free parking is hard to find too in the area.

There was a very friendly polish lady in reception that talked to me a bit about where to shop (the reason we were there) and also arranged for my daughter's birthday to be extra special. They decorated a table and put up a big happy birthday sign for her. There was a cupcake with a birthday candle and a light. My daughter was so happy! The room had a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of items to make and warm your own food, we had a nice view and there was plenty of parking under the hotel for a fee plus breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choices everything delicious, from cold cuts, to warm eggs and bacon to waffles, a big selection of wonderful breads, yogurts, plenty of fruits, juices, very nice coffee machine and juices to choose from. the cleaning forgot to restock our coffee area but it was no big deal we went to reception and got more coffee.

There was the choice between the extra-large pillows or too small pillows. So, no regular ones.

We thought there would be a kitchen with facilities to cook, but that may have been a misunderstanding on our part. There was a microwave, refrigerator and hot water kettle.

Elevator is so fast .

The front desk staff was super kind and helpful. The location is not ideal. It is located in a middle of a residential and industrial area, and the city’s transportation network is not the best.

Spacious room. Very clean and newly renovated. Had all u may need in a room. Very nice bathroom. Parking lot in the back, pay per night. Close to center by car. Large balcony with city view. Large and very comfortable bed. Definitely recommended. My favourite place to stay in Hamburg

Hotel was extremely comfortable. We got in pretty late from an overseas flight and were met by pleasant staff and our room was ready. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was included and was amazing.

Bus stop across the street, metro stop 20min walk away. Hotel has underground parking (12€/night). Our room also had a mini fridge and a stovetop.

The bathroom door lock was not working.
