Cheap price, easy accessbwith taxi from city centre and guy in recepcion was kind. There was no air conditioners and was pretty hot at outside temprature 25 degrees, hard to imagine how hot is inside when outside temprature reaches 40 degrees

The room has it all & the location is perfect with a great neighborhood with all required services & a nice view. The prices need to be lower.

The hotel staff were friendly and responsive to our queries. They even allowed us to check out an hour later, which was a nice gesture. The location is okay — about 30 minutes to the city center by public transport. There are some nice Turkish and Vietnamese restaurants nearby, which we enjoyed during our stay. There’s also an Aldi supermarket just 300 meters away, which was very convenient for picking up essentials. We traveled with our 4-month-old baby, and unfortunately, the hotel wasn’t very stroller-friendly. Upon arrival, we had to lift the stroller up a few steps just to reach the elevator. The elevator itself was extremely small — we could only fit the stroller in after removing one of its tires. The room was quite cramped for the price. Although there was an option to request a crib, there wasn’t enough space to fit it comfortably. The biggest issue, however, was the poor ventilation. The room got extremely hot and stuffy in the summer, and even with the windows open, it didn’t help much. To make things worse, there were a lot of mosquitoes, which made it particularly uncomfortable for our baby. While the area is serviced by buses, there are no direct train or tram connections. When we visited, nearby construction made it hard to find the bus stop, which added to the inconvenience.

Cleaniness of the toilet and not paying attention to our hand wash soup bottle which was empty for 2/3 of the days

Good for the price, room and breakfast OK, staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to some attractive Hamburg harbour water landscape. Public transport links are OKish, although Elbbruecken S-Bahn station is min. 15 minutes away and you better rely on buses. Flawless Wifi. The room is hard to air and so it was too warm and the air wasn't good, even though it wasn't really hot outside. The mattress seemed cheap and wasn't too good for my back (it was rather on the hard side, and it could've been worse, but still).

If you are not expecting the golden "rocks", this hotel is a really nice place to stay. The staff is really friendly and helpful and the area around the the hotel quite and calm (no big traffic right under your windows). They also serve a really good continental breakfast - several options of ham, salami and cheese, scrambled eggs with bacon and oat porridge. Rooms are old, but in a good condition. Cannot say anything bad, but probably rooms should be renovated a little.

The hotel is really good for the price. Very clean, the furniture and linen are new, it is in the very quiet part of the city, easy to reach the centre with bus or S-bahn. The breakfast is ok. After 6 p.m. the door is opened with the card, so I felt safe traveling with my kid. There is no kettle in the room and no tea-coffee-drinks machine in the lobby. Since there are no shops or bars around, it would be great to have an option to buy some drinks and snacks in the hotel.

The hotel has no problems with late check-in, keys/card in an encrypted box. Rooms clean and sufficient. Breakfast, like most, is varied, fresh and filling. There is no individual car park, you must leave your car in a public parking lot for which you have to pay.

Very good experience with friendly staff good amenities and location near the city center. The bed could've been more comfortable but understandable considering the price.
