The hotel was very convenient for the main station only 2 minutes walk which was important because we left 5am. The room was adequate fir iur needs fir one night The area outside the hotel felt a little unsafe particularly at night

We were told there was a problem with the room so we’re sent to another hotel owned by the same group. They gave us a twin room instead of a double and then acted like they were doing us a favour by finding a double in their empty hotel. The double they found was on the top floor at the back of the hotel with a view into another room. The room was cramped and dingy

It was a good sized room for our family with the high ceilings giving us a good sense of space. It was wonderful to have a small accessible balcony to our room, especially during the summer heatwave. Easy access to the room with a good elevator. Bathroom was partially updated, but the shower position over the bath made it harder to use than if it was at either end. With no air conditioning in the middle of a heat wave some source of cooling would have been appreciated as the room heated up with the amount of sunshine it received.
