The private parking was a big advantage. For the price, it was worth it for just one night. The soundproofing was poor, and there was a lot of noise. The location was not very good. The refrigerator was not working, and the bed sheets were a little dirty.

The room was quite spacious and clean! We also had a minifridge! It's not super soundproof but also didn't hear that much. And the location is well connected to the public transport system of Hamburg. A bus stop is less than 5 minutes away. And the value is pretty good! Did not get a king bed, instead two single beds we had to manually push against eachother. Also, there is rarely anyone at the reception.

The only positive aspect of our stay was the bed and the pillows. It was genuinely comfortable and allowed me to get some rest despite the other issues with the room. Unfortunately, almost everything else left much to be desired. The bathroom was particularly disappointing: it was not clean at all, with hair left behind in several places and even insects present, which made the space feel very unhygienic and unpleasant to use. Cleanliness in general was below any acceptable standard, and it gave the impression that the room had not been properly maintained before our arrival. Additionally, the location was very inconvenient. It was far from the city center and main attractions, and reaching the property felt complicated and unsafe at times. For travelers who want easy access to restaurants, shops, or public transport, this is definitely not ideal. Overall, aside from the comfortable bed, the experience was very underwhelming. With better cleaning standards and a clearer description of the location, this place could improve, but as it stands, I would not choose to stay here again nor recommend it to others.

The woman who cleaned the rooms was incredibly kind and understanding. The shower pressure was really good. There were hot drinks in the room (coffee and tea, 2 of each) and a kettle. The pillows were comfortable and the duvet was thick and comfy. The rooms were clean. The front desk was unmanned when we came, but we called when we arrived and they were quick to respond and open for us so that wasn't a problem. It was quiet for the most part, it's an industrial area so there were some noise during the day from the company next door but wasn't a big issue. The area was fairly close to fast food and grocery stores (10-15min walk), also public transportation in form of bus was available. There were a few parking spaces the hotel managed, (5-6 spots) but filled up quickly so you had to get lucky. There were also public parking spaces around the area that you could use, although they also seemed to fill up quick. Overall a good experience. One of our rooms wasn't cleaned, (1 of 3 which is why I assume it was just a mistake) the previous person forgot to check out (putting their keycard in the check out basket) so I assume the reason why it wasn't cleaned was because they didn't really keep track of who stayed for how long besides the basket of cards, which needs to be improved. As I mentioned before, the woman cleaning apologized a bunch of times and took responsibility for what happened which is commendable. The fridges in the rooms weren't that good, one didn't work, one wasn't really cold and one of our rooms didn't have one. Parking could be an issue if you are unlucky, but atleast they have some! The area did seem a bit sketchy at night but we went out for a walk around 2am and it seemed fairly quiet, only met 2 people on the way, and maybe 3 cars, we were out for maybe an hr. The rooms varied quiet a lot in size and furniture, not a big issue, but good to keep in mind when booking. The keycards lost effect after a day and sometimes it wouldn't register with the door, but eventually after a bunch of tries it seemed to work. If you're on the bottom floor, anyone could access the rooms if your windows are open so make sure to close them if you're not around!
