Very large room; excellent and delicious breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff. Also had free parking. Not close to downtown, which didn’t concern us but we didn’t really get to “see” Hamburg as we only stayed 1 night.

The Hotel was very clean and lovely, with a school thema. High ceilings, comfortable bed and pillows, modern bathroom. The room was large and felt very cosy. Breakfast was rich and delicious. Will be our first choise for our next trip to Hamburg. -

Nice hotel, very good rich breakfast. Tram/metro is relatively close to the hotel, 7 min by foot. Free parking. Comfortable bathroom. No coffee machine/ teapot in the room. No iron in the room. The room design was comfortable, but not cozy.

Great location with easy parking. A really convenient path nearby for cycling or walking into the city. Very friendly staff, lovely building, very comfortable room and great breakfast with plenty of choice. There’s nothing not to like.

I found and booked my room at this hotel by accident, and it turned out to be great. The hotel location is easily reachable by both bus and metro. There is a penny supermarket nearby. The hotel does not have a restaurant which was not a problem for me, but there are not that many restaurants nearby as well. So, think ahead about arranging your lunch and dinner. The hotel bar was nice. The breakfast was good. The hotel's atmosphere was very nice, showing its previous function as a school. The location was rather quiet. But the noise isolation of the walls was not very good and the neighbouring guests were fully audible, which is the only negative point I can think of as a light sleeper. The shower head mechanism was a bit tricky.

Remembering about old schools we explored some floors and found many requisites. Also the rooms and breakfast inviting to visit another time again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it never disappoints. It is very close to a station and easy to get into central Hamburg. The breakfasts are excellent and a real bonus. There are several supermarkets very close to the hotel so easy to get what you need. The shower is amazing. The staff are very helpful and professional. Lots of pamphlets available for things to do. A small kettle in the room would complete the experience.
