location was OK super run down. bath in hall way and sink in bathroom so old and not clean. disgusting!! window was facing a brick wall 20sm infront of window. at night rats and other mammals were running on the roof above my head litterly abopve my head making huuge noises I could not sleep at all.

Nothing The property was dirty and everywhere was dusty and they didn’t even clean there as the cleaning standards was poor also there was no soap there even though it was a soap bottle there especially the bathroom was filthy and I wouldn’t bring myself there or invite anyone to stay there especially for that price also the didn’t even empty the bin until had to tell them before they did

good location, easy to find, cheep Service was horrible, they were really unfriendly, the room was okay but dirty and the paint was falling off the walls. the shared bathroom/toilet was absolutely disgusting. dirty, not sanitary, the window was literally broken? like someone threw a stone into it??? and the doors didn't really close.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel, close to U3/U4 subway lines, which are easily connected to U3 to go to the city center of Hamburg. The insulation of the rooms can't prevent the noise made by unpolite customers. When your neighbours are too noisy, you can't sleep well. It's a pity, but that's the truth, because of the array of the rooms. I slept well 2 nights and slept really bad 3 nights.

The lock on the room and toilet door was problematic and had to be opened and closed with force.

nothing there were tiny small creatures running on the floor coming from door and gutter pipe and when i told he set the towel but i saw outside there were towels set. The reciepionist was in denial mode and was not accepting that his rooms have mouses coming from no idea where. In the night when i called him he said he cant do anything just return the money and i should find the new room myself he doesnot have any alternate. I had to take train pay myself and pay for the new room i found near hbf. It was a nightmare. Motel 21 Hamburg Mitte is a budget hotel located within walking distance from bus stops and a Penny supermarket. The property also offers free parking onsite, often next to your room - this is VERY rare in Hamburg. My room had the basics needed in a place to stay. Should the breakfast items not suit you, the grocer is located less than a 5 minute walk away.

Owner was ok and it is nice to see that he accepted Ukrainian refugees Entering the hallway there was a little mouse that was watching me and it was the cutest thing in our stay The only looking clean thing was bed sheets. Had to let tv on to collect all the flies and mosquitos on it's screen.

It was cleanish, you get what you pay for. Unfortunately it was the last available room in hamburg those days. ! i booked 2 nights and left after the first night! It is dangerous for female solo travellers. I got offered money in exchange for sex! and not by guests. random dudes just drive past at night and check out the women! do not go!!!!

The price of the single room was good comparing it to other hotels. No hot water. The bathroom is very small. The wifi disconnected sometimes. You can hear the your neighbors easily.

The room was cold. On the wall corners we found spiderwebs. Bathroom shower was broken. After taking shower the whole bathroom was flooded. Very poor service.
