Clean, nice staff, good location, close to several metro stations, many great restaurants in that area Laundry is extremely expensive Maybe because I don’t understand German. I did the laundry once during my stay to wash several t-shirts and trousers (summer), and it costs me 63.3 euros. Maybe it is a special type of laundry? I did not ask for dry cleaning. I was expecting a regular wash. 63.3 euros for washing several summer clothes do not appear to be a normal price for me. It would be good if this can be clearly noted in English.

Everything’s very well maintained, the breakfast is great, the room really spacious. Sound insulation in the bathrooms.

The location is great as it's near the U3 station Feldstraße which is close to some of the major attractions and a short ride into downtown. We reserved one of the more spacious rooms with the 'living' room. We really enjoyed the extra space. We also booked the room with breakfast and found that there was quite a bit of variety. As vegan/vegetarians we were pleased to see vegan 'ham' and oat milk readily available. The vegan options were still quite limited but compared to other hotels, already more advanced. Everything was great!

Definitely the location. Centrally located with a very nice neighborhood - bars, restaurants, lovely stores. We had a suite which was very nice, clean, a balcony wirh a good view and very comfortable. Everything’s fine.

I have stayed in this hotel before, and once again was not disappointed. A very large room with an extremely comfortable bed, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Parking very convenient right beneath the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near Messehallen station and Hamburg Bunker St. Pauli. There are many nice restaurants and supermarkets within the vicinity of the hotel. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Check in was easy. The room and bathroom were very clean. Bathroom fixtures looked new and had plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable. Wifi was stable and strong. I also liked the staff there, they were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of fresh bread, vegetables, jams, cheese and etc. They were all very nice. I had a good experience with NH Collection Hotel Hamburg City. Everything was fine.

Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The Aircon didnt work (or was not obvious enough to use correctly). As a result, the room was very hot overnight and we had to open the windows to get cold air in
