Clean and comfortable in a nice neighborhood. Easy to get to from bus station. Kitchen has no oven or cutting knives. Not much for cooking or cleaning. Couldn’t find cleaning supply room. No staff on weekends and holidays.

The only minor downside I noticed is that the bed is slightly narrower than a standard double bed, which is a bit surprising!

A lot of personal data is collected in order to register/check-in through a separate platform. I do not know how in another rooms, but in our room the wind from conditioning system was blowing in the head/face, not really comfortable. Parking seems to be available at site, but no information was provided on booking request. But you can always find free parking on the street.

Seemed good but refused to honor our original reservation raised price when requested change we never accepted price increase! Staff rude and arrogent.

Very good location! 15 minutes from the port (U2, U4), 3 minutes from a grocery store, pharmacy, drugstore. The check-in is futuristic, especially if you arrive when there are no staff, but I loved it too! Those unfamiliar with the online world should not start at the door with the instructions you received in the email.

The room was modern, stylish, and well-designed. It had everything I needed for a comfortable hotel apartment stay. Also the price I paid for the nights was cheap. The staff were not rude, but at times they were unavailable, and I did experience an unfortunate incident during my stay. However, they did apologize for it. The location also has its downsides—you need to walk a bit to reach the nearest station to the city. Additionally, the directions to the hotel could be improved. Google Maps had trouble identifying the building, and it would have been helpful if there were more signs around the property, not just at the main entrance.
