Views, accessibility by car - No employees at arrival luggage area (parking) - had to deal with the luggage all ourselves (no one asked to help us - lack of warmth and “welcome/great to have you with us” - small things, smiles can change a lot.

The view is magnificent The bed is comfortable The wellness area and pool were nice The location is great The room is expensive (for the value) There was no mentioning that city tax needed to be paid either through booking.com or by the hotel itself. It just got charged to my credit card but I would have liked to pay with an alternative method (and would have liked to be informed upfront).

The panoramic view is gorgeous The friendliness and flexibility of the staff is average at best. The bar is small and selection of drinks is even smaller…

Wonderful location. Beautiful building. Nice room. Kind staff. The hotel lobby is horrible. As if it was designed by a 90 year old grandma. Such a shame.
