The first two nights they put me in a very tiny room with no closet to put my clothes in. The bathroom was tinier than a bathroom in a small cruise ship. You could not fit your two hands in the sink at the same time. For the third night, after my continued complaints, they switched my room to a better one.

Nice size rooms with half a wall to separate them. A lot of noise between 22-24 o'clock as the reception closed and the self-check-in box is in the wall toward the Family-rooms and all the guests arriving had problems with accessing their keys and was trying to find the receptionist. The cleaning forgot to clean the refrigerator in the room and the earlier guests left old sandwiches that smelled in the whole room.

Lovely little hotel, with a clean and cozy room, and helpful, friendly staff.

Breakfast is simple but sufficient, I missed a bit more fresh fruit options. Good bread and cereal variety. Locationwhise it fine if you need to go to Harburg area, to the technical university of Hamburg. Otherwhise it is quite war away from the center of the city. There is no daily cleaning service and there is not 24 h reception service. The room could have been cleaner.
