Hamburg inn

Bed bugs, huge garbage pile behind the house which attracted flies. Dirty room. Floor and bed dirty. The stuff, four Indian or Pakistani guys talking on their phones and with each other extremely loud all the time in front of the window s of the guests. Will not come back It is one of the cheapest but you get even less than what paid for. The smell is unbearable.

Easy Car Parking is a plus. As a non German speaking guest, we need instructions/ guidance of Keys taking/ returning in English in advance as we had no chance of meeting staff there.

Was great to be honest

There was nobody at tge reception and the number on booking.com was on voice mail we had to wait for almost half an hour until we saw a random number on the door that we called then they gave us instructions to access our rooms.

The room was renew not long ago, so everything was very nice and clean. The location it’s not too far and the host was excellent At night you could hear the pipes when someone uses the bathroom in the whole house, but personally for me it wasn’t a big deal, if you go to Hamburg to walk you’ll be tired enough to don’t hear them

The beds were comfortable and the price is okay. There is enough parking space and very quiet area. The guy who works there, barely speaks any english word and he wasn’t very welcoming in the beginning. The bathroom fan doesn’t work which is horrible and they don’t offer breakfast.

Only that it was cheaper than other hotels, but given the opportunity again I would Try to book some other hotel even if it's a few extra bucks It was very uncomfortable,no reception, no one in the entire hotel just one worker, felt completely isolated , window was Also towards some muddy dirty backyard with no one . I stacked my 2 rooms chairs behind the door so that I'd know no one can enter when I slept . Didn't feel comfortable or safe . Granted nothing bad happened, the owner was available on call to guide and answer questions , but hotel just doesn't feel comfortable

Very nice accomodation for good price. I would recomend it to everyone who needs simple accomodation and good sleep. U-bahn nearby. It was clean and warm.

Parking included Shower over flooding the room, bed very small like for a child, TV did not had any channels - just showing blue light, building work all night long in the hotel and next door, no coffee in the room, no drinking water in the room, no hairdryer, bed extremely narrow that cause fall from the bed, no breakfast options, broken furniture in the room, no WiFi in the room, password was not found, no soap in the shower, no shampoo, no conditioner, empty bottles on the bathroom wall, etc.

Lots of stuff — proximity to public transportation, grocery, & restaurants, clean room, helpful & kind staff, comfortable bed, etc.!
