Breakfast was quite poor, just boiled eggs and salami with a little salad. Juices are from the supermarket, diluted, made with tap water. When I sent a request in English, the answer was in German, which I have never experienced even in small hostels/hotels. I think a hotel of this size and type should offer more than that and work on communication.

The location was convenient, with excellent transport connections to the city. The room was satisfactory; however, there were no tea/coffee-making facilities or an electric kettle provided in the room. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We parked the car at the hotel (€16 per day) and used public transport to visit the main attractions, which was very convenient. Breakfast, however, requires significant improvement. The selection was quite limited, consisting mainly of cornflakes/muesli, buns, cheese, and cold cuts, with no hot dishes available. Including at least basic hot options, such as scrambled eggs, would greatly improve the overall breakfast experience.

Friendly staff, spoke very good English. No safe in the room, broken mini fridge. The price to overall value was certainly subpar.

Location is great ! Rooms are bright ,big and clean,in reception very friendly staff Pillow and duvet need improvement

I like the proximity of the hotel to my family, resturants, the mall and transportation There is No air conditioning , the beds were small , the roof leaked with rain, a deposit was required to obtain an iron, and the breakfast was limited. The hotel is due for an update.

Good location and access to rest of the city. Lots of restaurants near hotel Bad smell in the room + dirty windows and rest of the cigarette on the windowsill.

Based on the pre-existing reviews we were a little skeptical beforehand but this accomodation surpassed our expectations considerably. Very friendly personnel, good breakfast and a nice room with a comfortable bed and a bathtub (water pressure and temperature were excellent as well). Yes, some of the interiors have seen better days but in our opinion this is barely worth mentioning considering the price.
