- good location - private covered parking with ample space. Easy access to the reception from the garage - the lady at the reception was very kind - rooms were very clean and modern - the bathroom shower was controlled by buttons - 5 min drive to the mall and awesome kebab - smart tv with good collection of local channels and all major apps. The glass sliding door of the toilet was a bit stuck but not a major problem.

We aren’t really Best Western clients. But because of the proximity to our location in Hamburg we booked this one. And it was honestly a VERY pleasant surprise! should we come to Hamburg again we would only book this Hotel! Most impressed! There was nothing in the three nights that we spent here that was a negative.
