Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English too. Room was very clean, and especially the bathroom was absolutely spotless and very modern. Breakfast had great variety, and they even offer freshly made scrambled or fried eggs. We only used public transportation, and the nearby train station easily gets you to the city center. Bus stops are close too. The area is a bit noisy, but that is fully to be expected in a big city. Travelling with smaller kids the room was a bit small, as once they had been put to be we didn't really have much options for doing anything but read in silence - But again, it's not like we expected the room to be bigger than it was. Arriving by car was a little bit of a hassle as you can't access the garage before you've checked in and there's no immediate parking area at the entrance.

The hotel is old and the environment is not like hotel it most like apartments type. Room is missing with some basic things e.g. soap, cattle, tea or coffe.

The accommodation was great, clean, spacious? A bit outdated but in perfect condition. Good breakfast. The staff at the reception seemed and behaved as if they didn't want us to be there. Very unpleasant. Location not ideal but ok. Our only complain is the staff. I have hardly ever experienced such a (un)welcome.

Breakfast is awesome. Friendly Staff, Location easy reachable by public transport. Enterance to Hotel looks not good. Room 16 has a Bad View.

Nice room and bathroom with bathtub, nice breakfast area and good selection. Parking underneath the hotel, not too expensive at 10 €. Pet allowed at 10 € without any problems. Noise from the streets even though the windows were closed. Quite cold in the bathroom because of skylight windows that were open. Also, the staff could have been more welcoming.

The hotel is simple but very nice and perfectly clean. It has a great location and is easy to reach the city center. Parking is convenient. The breakfast is nice, and the staff are very kind and professional.
