The bathroom is always clean and dry. The floor is nicely swept. Annnndd the beds are nicely made.

Clean and tidy. All facilities to cook. Mattresses are sagging hence a bit uncomfortable.

It was really clean, both the room and toilet, the room had a electronic lock, free access to the shared kitchen and I think washing machine (not sure, it was in the kitchen). They didn't speak English well, so reservation was difficult.

I stayed for over a week, the facilities were great at the price-point and the staff were always helpful. The shared spaces were always clean and accessible. The Wi-Fi connection was weak and unstable since I arrived. It works for basic communication, but not enough for an average user.

Most of the things look good. There were minor problems with bathrooms like lock not working, only hot water on one bathroom but you have multiple bathrooms and it was not busy, so we could switch to a better one

Nothing Poor costumer service. There is no one at the site. Really hard to reach anyone. If you are coming from overseas and you don’t have a phone to contact reception nobody will assist you.

This was my first stay in a hostel and I was very pleased. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Good variety of facilities. Also queit during late hours and early mornings. The location was excellent as it is close to the bus stop and walking distance from the train station. Overall, it was a great stay. I would definitely recommend it. Beds are slightly uncomfortable. Uncomfortable showers, but clean.

The main reason why we stayed at this hostel is that it is only a few minutes' walk from the Volksparkstadion (about 40 minutes on foot). We were very happy because the hostel is super clean and the beds are comfortable. We were also pleased with the number of bathrooms on each floor, which meant we didn't have to wait at all. Checking in and out was uncomplicated. If we go to a concert at this stadium again, we will definitely come back to this hostel. I cannot thing of a thing

We just needed six beds for a (short) night. And that is exactly what we got - at a very low rate. Absolutely no frills!
