Beautiful location. Staff exception in all ways. Service was excellent. Super friendly, helpful.

Staff were superb; consistently warm, helpful and professional. We were made to feel like nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was great. Bed was very comfortable. Not being a fan of sleeping with aircon on, it would have been nice to have the ability to control the fan speed in the room.

Breathtaking views from the rooms, restaurant patio, and infinity pool. The staff were all amazing…professional but friendly and very service oriented. The food from breakfast to dinner was expertly prepared. The bathtub drain was a bit problematic and there was construction ongoing. However,the resort gave us advance notice of the building renovation and were generous in providing some compensation in the form of credits.

The staff were incredible! Everyone was lovely and the service and attention to detail is incredible. The anejo old fashioned is the best cocktail i have had and pablo is an amazing asset! The view from my room was amazing and it was a great place to finish off my trip Everything was great!

Was okay…. The breakfast on all 3 days was average and at times unpleasant to eat with eggs tasting overpowering of vinegar or rubber when scrambled and bacon too tough to cut (even when requested to be soft) On the first day we were left at IGA for 30 minutes after calling the chauffeur - with a melting bag of ice - apparently due to a miss-communication. We had to clean sand off the outdoor lounge before we could use it on arrival as neither it nor the floor had been cleaned. The second day we requested a bucket of ice to chill champagne - but this never came. On a positive note - the barista service and hospitality staff were fantastic as was check-in!

Very good really enjoyed it. Lacked enough chairs around the pool and bringing chocolates at night was weird. Staff were amazing.

Loved absolutely everything!! Best place we have ever stayed with the best service.We had Josh show us the ropes and he did not disappoint,we will definitely be back. Nothing,it was incredible

Great location and rooms and staff Would have preferred buffet breakfast as it was difficult sometimes to fit in breakfast before trips. A lit of trips are early morning, so being able to just sit down and quickly get some breakfast is better than ordering everything.

We loved the breakfast which was included. It's a sit down menu where you can pick what you like. Make sure you ask for the juice of the day. Our room was on the bottom floor which was great as the outside seats looked at the beach. We had friendly wallabies and curlews every morning and evening. We are vegetarian. The lunch and dinner menus were very meat centric, so it was a bit limiting for us. There is a cafe, bakery and IGA, so it was easy to get vegetarian options.
