Great staff and very comfortable property.

We rented two rooms, both were very dirty. 1st room, fridge had food spilled in it from previous occupants, crumbs all over the floors, lotions and soaps were used prior to us checking in, beds looked clean enough and they didn't have anything else availabel so we stayed. Second room was cleaner than the first, but still not good. Bathroom garbage was full of previous occupant garbage...gross! Breakfast was decent, coffee was terrible, luchkily the gas station attached had decent coffee. When we checked out and told staff about rooms cleanliness, we were met with a deer in the headlights look...no offer to discount of comp a room. Probably will not stay at a choice hotel again if this is how they are.

This room was easily $100 per night overpriced. This is clearly NOT a $230 room.

Inadequate parking. Area outside of facility felt dangerous with multiple individuals outside and in the back shouting at us in a very threatening manner as we were parking our car. Parking in the rear area was not used at all, my sensing is that other customers felt the same fear of parking there and then walking back around Into the building. The entire parking situation was awful. The obviously renovated interior was ok, however the area around the base of the toilet was WET and the water pressure from the shower was almost not usable as a real shower. Additionally the brand name logo on the shower mixer was absent, something i would think housekeeping would have mentioned to the manager.

For the short time we were in town, it was ok.

Great location. Its an older facility that has been updated. Its attached to a town pump but I felt safe.

The employees were wonderful, welcoming and very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was super clean. The hot breakfast was very good and there was a great variety to choose from. They had cookies in the lobby in the evening. The gym had a treadmill which was great. There isn’t anything we didn’t like about this hotel.

Breakfast was good and location was great. We booked our room on Travelocity and paid in full 2 months in advance. When we checked in, we were told they needed a credit card so my wife gave hers. They double booked us and charged us twice. When we contacted them about this, we were told there's nothing that can be done. So we paid $1500 for three days and they are in now way willing to remedy this. NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED!!

Friendly helpful staff. Room was clean, updated flooring and the bed was pretty comfortable. The hotel was quiet and we had no issues while we were there. I believe we’ll stay here again on our next visit to the Bitterroot Valley.

Simple hotel with breakfast. No pool but very comfy beds, quiet and clean.

Room was clean. Loved that there wasn’t carpet in the room. Tile and laminate are so much cleaner
