Excellent location, good private room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities could be improved with small effort. No mirrors in rooms or in bathrooms. Very creaky doors on rooms and communal bathroom doors that slam extremely loudly. Of two showers, one only drips and the door doesn't lock.

Nothing I couldn’t stay in my room because my key wouldn’t work and there was no one at reception to help me, I had to stay elsewhere

Conveniently close to Hamilton Railway Station. Plenty of shops to browse nearby. Bed very comfortable. Found a couple of weevils on the floor in my room. The fridge area needed a good vacuuming. I was in room 3. Also no teabags on top of the fridge so I looked behind the fridge and there were teabags fallen behind the fridge. That’s when I observed the dust behind and under the fridge. Also no milk supplied for tea/coffee. I suggest a small container for holding sachets of tea/coffee. Only stairs to get to rooms. Apart from all of that I did find the room cosy.

The bar and restaurant downstairs is nice, clean, and staff were friendly The accommodation was awful, dirty room, smelled like dirty cat litter and cigarettes. Bathrooms were dirty, terrible showers, wouldn't stay here again

The basic property is very clean close to rail station sharing bathroom and doors banging only negative thing for what you pay excellent

Close to the city. Dirt room, Tv doesn't work and I asked it to change the room without success. Last time, the manage give me a room with someone occupied it. Crazy!!!

The location, the room, the staff. Oh, this is easy. The shower is the worst I've ever experienced in a hotel or motel. The water was either scalding or freezing - but nothing in the middle. Added to that, the pressure went on and off every minute. There was no shelf or bench to put a toiletry bag and nowhere to hang a towel in the shower. Annnd...the men's bathroom door made a sound like a gunshot when it banged closed. This was heard regularly during the night. Sort these issues out, and it will be big-smile emojis all round next time.
