The room and the communication with me about my stay during my stay. Nothing. My onky complaint was the construction on the highway made it difficult at times to navigate.

Breakfast was good, great location across from outlet shops!

Housekeeping didn't give me a fresh set of towels when I requested them. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Exceptional

Clean towels and bed. Breakfast was very good, featuring a variety of rolls and bread plus a sausage patty, flat egg disc, and cheese to make-your-own breakfast sandwich. Parking right outside the hotel. Convenient location close to the freeway.

front desk (black lady with short hair) is super impatient and mean to young kids during breakfast. we will NEVER stay there anymore.

Beautifully modern and well-maintained property. Staff was friendly and everything was perfect.

Confusing at check in, all systems were down. Hotel manager not the friendliest with staff that was doing their best to get guests checked in…

One of the best hotels in Hammond.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the gym was well-maintained. The staff was very helpful. Will stay here again.

My kids and I were floored by this place and how clean and well maintained it was for a great price. Breakfast was also excellent and kept getting refilled. Staff was friendly. Had a great stay . Every other hotel on our road trip paled in comparison but in other cities this hotel chain is usually out of our budget. We had a lucky night in the right city.

So much trash outside trash cans overflowing

Room was clean We booked this room months ago only to be told upon arrival that it was somehow already full. No accommodations or apologies were made to make up for the cheaper room with only one bed we were forced to stay in instead. We also got no sleep because of a large group of kids and adults yelling in the hallway until at least 2 am.

Very clean, super comfy bed, great location, lots of options for breakfast, and amazing staff! The welcome message on the TV is an awesome touch!

I ORIGINALLY PLANNED MY HOTEL STAY FOR 2 NIGHTS. DUE TO AN FAMILY EMERGENCY MY STAY WAS CUT SHORT AND I ONLY STAYED IN THE HOTEL ONE NIGHT. THIS HOTEL IS REFUSING TO GIVE ME A REFUND FOR THE ONE NIGHT I DID NOT STAY THERE.
