Second stay this year. The kids love it

The food was terrible. Go to the Landing instead. The shower pressure was for a toddler. The room was clean. Peeling paint in the ceiling of the bathroom. No ventilation in the bathroom and the AC did not stay on and I had on 64. Would stay if there was no other choice. Location is great for convention center and HU.

Price Our room was not ready at the 4:00 PM check-in time. We were repeatedly told to check back in another 10 minutes, despite explaining that we had been traveling all day and were extremely tired. We were eventually told that no rooms were available and that we would need to continue waiting in the lobby. We followed their instructions and checked back every 10 minutes, but the room still was not ready. What was especially disappointing was the complete lack of an apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. The situation seemed to be treated by the staff as though it were completely normal. Once we were finally given the room, we found trash on the floor and hair on the bathroom walls. Additionally, the bathroom door would not close properly unless considerable force was used. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, from the excessive wait at check-in to the cleanliness and maintenance issues in the room. Based on this experience, we would not stay at this property again.

The bed was soft The extra parking fee. Totally unnecessary.

I'm not going to talk about anyone else's experience. Only mine. My only complaint of my trip is a big one because I don't like being hot and uncomfortable and the room had three outputs for air. We held a piece of toilet paper to them and only one was working and it was the one in the room. The room was set to 72 which is too warm for us and it took forever to lower. Because We often travel and stay in hotels and know this can be a thing we brought our own personal fans to have with us. It's not necessarily the temperature, but there was no air circulating in for us. That was very uncomfortable

I stay here every time I in the area. Older proprietary, but well maintained. Very helpful staff.

Staff was very nice. Clean hotel. Big rooms. Breakfast buffet was really good. There's an omlette station. They tried to charge for parking! It's just a big open lot around the hotel with no gates so they're trying to make you pay with your phone. Apparently there's no real enforcement. So I would recommend not paying.

Paint and caulk issues in bathroom

After a bad storm I got my girlfriend and her special needs son a room as they had no electricity. The staff made check-in incredibly difficult by being unwilling to take my card for incidentals over the phone. They should have been more willing to help a mother and her child than this. Extremely disappointing service from a Hilton hotel.

The service, the food and the view of the hotel was beautiful

The room was great. The bed was AMAZING. The breakfast buffet was the icing on the cake.

The restaurant and the breakfast was amazing. Definitely a 10 out of 10 I recommend.
