The hotel was great and the staff was amazing! Excellent breakfast! Will stay here again!

This hotel is fantastic! It's super clean, no trace of cigarette or weed smell, and the staff is incredibly professional and friendly.

As always at Embassy Suites, the breakfast was excellent. However; the happy hour was not...Two free drinks...bottom shelf off brand liquor or draft beer, and cheese and crackers, potato chips and fruit. Very lack luster.

Exceptionally clean room and a great breakfast

Great location next to the coliseum and downtown from everything you need. The hotel is clean and staff is very helpful. Parking is $12/night which you pay via app. The breakfast starts and ends ON TIME so make sure you're there before 9AM to get breakfast.

Didn’t like the Two drink minimum and didn’t like paying for parking. Ridiculous

This Bob still looks like it has not been maintained or kept up since 10 years ago! Absolutely terrible room dirty fingerprints on the doors patio door that doesn’t lock Electrical cable hanging from underneath AC. Absolutely the worst maintained property I’ve ever been to by Hilton.

Customers should be called or sent a text if room is not an available especially if it will not be available within 30 minutes of checkin (before or after). The refrigerator in my room didn’t work and milk for both an infant and toddler had to be thrown out. Breakfast was good though. The staff was great and so helpful and polite. During, checking out we had to walk the floors to find a cart to leave so we helped another customer pack their car up just to get their cart. The housekeeper Anthony? I believe that’s his name was also helpful at checkout. GREAT location for food and stores in general. Also, it’s not too far from Norfolk/Portamouth/Williamsburg. Parking should be free especially since there aren’t any other options to park off street and since the hotel already does a hold for each night.

All the staff was so friendly, clean rooms, great happy hour and breakfast and a safe location and parking lot.

The room the and the evening cocktails and morning breakfast. I did not like my checkin experience. The person at check in kept working did not look up and say anything. So when the couple before us left after completing their buisness my husband said T move forward. I said she did not call us but after some time we moved forward. Her only acknowledgment was slight annoyance. Then she started working with us then we were working literally with someone else. A simple please excuse me while I wrap this up or Im sorry for your wait after we drove 6 hours to arrive at your hotel would have been nice. Its often the little details that make or break an experience. Im a nurse and if her loved one was in need of care and I didn't take time to explain steps then I would absolutely be wrong in that circumstance. People must understand customer service is an art.

Very helpful & detailed staff. Very clean & spaceous rooms for more than two. Generous & delicious breakfast. Good walking areas outside. Plenty of parking spaces.
