The hotel is dated but the staff was very friendly and so helpful

The room was a mess. It looked like someone ransack the cabinets when I came it. Everything was open. There were no dishes, no lightbulbs in a few lamps and the bathroom handle was loose. Outdated furniture and the housekeeper knocked on the door basically asking when we were leaving. As if there isn’t a check out time.

The room 303 needs some work. Air conditioner truely was on last leg. When it came on, sounds like 3 cats are in there fighting. It smelled a bit. There were things left by the previous guest still in the room. Thankfully I travel with my own wash clothes and towels because those also looked like they were still there from the previous guest. I just happened to be in the lobby and overheard another guest bring a used washcloth to the front desk. I came back and stayed in 242 on the 13th with my dude. Totally different experience. Room smelled amazing. Super clean. Updated. Only complaint on the 2nd visit is the only soda machine didn't take money.

I want to say the staff were helpful, polite understanding always we always spoke. Did everything they could for the people staying in the hotel. Unfortunately, the rooms are not updated and with that being said, there’s a lot of rust a lot of broken things. It still smells like smoke. The curtains have holes in them. They’re heavy the bathrooms aren’t good. No water pressure. The rooms are dark and on top of that there were bugs and I had two different rooms at the time. Everything was booked in the area, but I had no choice. I checked out as soon as I could! Again staff is lovely! They are working with what the company has given them 😩

No comment everything was fine.

Two or three other hotel concierges there deserve better training and treatment. And not have their record scarred by her ignorance. Bianca Mincey the manager there was prejudice and racist hospitality and sarcastic, very ignorant to have a nerve to be dressed nice when asked to explain her crazy behavior out of nowhere insulted our use of the booking of her hotel through the app.....she insulted all third party booking providers....

Breakfast was not accuratly described. Muffins were stale, and no fresh coffee. They expected a tip, but they did not do any room service in my room.

Good location to stay!!!!

This property meets minimum standards for habitation. There is never not the smell of marijuana being smoked somewhere on the property. The appliances in my room did appear to be new and worked well. The bed was worn out, but the sheets were clean. The walls were scarred and needed to be repainted when I moved the television set for better viewing. There was an old children’s cookie underneath the stand, and although I didn’t see any rodents or roaches if this is going to be the standard of cleanings, they will soon be there.

Staff members are amazing, could be more updated/ renovated. Still has a smell of smoke in the carpets and the trimming in showers need done as well as cabinets but Staff tries their hardest to make you as comfortable as possible. Thank you all :)

Customer service was A1!

The staff was excellent, very attentive and willing to help during my short stay. Good value for the price. They were going through some remodeling and scheduled room inspections, yet it did not affect my stay. Would return.
