Night shift, in particular Austin was very professional and very helpful.

Location was perfect Loved the continental breakfast!

Management and staff went out of their way to accommodate my elderly mother's needs during our recent stay. Everyone we encountered there was warm, friendly, and welcoming. I can't thank them enough! Enjoyed the hot breakfast as well, great coffee, nice options in the self-serve fridge for those with dietary concerns.

The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of food options. We have stayed at this hotel a couple times and recommend it.

The staff was so nice, and helpful, the breakfast was great, the hotel was very clean, I will definitely be visiting again.

Excellent space for the entire week i was there

1. The building will need to switch from leveraging window units to central air/heat. The humidity in my room was terrible 2. The hallways and elevators did not have proper ventilation and all of the workers were suffering including the guests 3. The carpet will need to be replaced everywhere 4. Air vents were dusty 5. Even though the place was non-smoking the smoking area was right by the entrance 6. The building smelled dirty 7. The front desk staff were kind but I didn’t like the fact that the guest room details were right by the front and not covered from other guests 8. The seal around my room door was non-existent which made it possible for anyone to slip something through the door and open it while in or outside of the room. Overall I think the owner of this location will do well to check up on the property and ensure things are brought up to the standard that Holiday Inn prides themselves on.

Breakfast was great. Excellent choices. I like that they have beef products. Another working elevator.

Hotel looks like they started renovations but didn’t finish. You cannot hookup firestick/roku.
