Very nice clean room. Even provided soap and shampoo of high quality. Pool was nice and clean and a great option on hot days. Breakfast was great and filling.

Clean guest rooms, great water pressure in shower, hot water, all soaps, lotions,etc in bath, and clean towels and linens in the room.

The staff are so kind here. It was very convenient and clean.

Room was not tended to except upon request. No one took out the trash or brought fresh towels except the one time we requested the room be cleaned. Not likely to stay there again. I expected a little more considering the price I paid and that I stayed 6 nights.

I stayed for three nights, and from the moment I arrived, there were issues. The carpet smelled like wet dogs, the elevators were unreliable, and by the second day both elevators were out of service, forcing guests to use the stairs. The room was not as clean as it should have been, with stained looking sheets, a patched leak in the bathroom ceiling, and dirt behind the toilet looking like feces. The shower didn’t work that well either. Even the phone was covered in grime when I wiped it down. I was very disappointed because I have always had positive experiences with Holiday Inn in the past. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this location again. On the positive side the grounds were kept clean and lots of parking available free of charge. Breakfast area was clean had a variety of food. The one exception was Michelle at the front desk. She was professional, helpful, and kind throughout my stay. She deserves recognition for her excellent customer service and was the highlight of an otherwise disappointing experience. Thank you, Michelle
