Friendly staff. Chris at the front desk was so helpful and professional. Location was in the heart of old town. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Slept so good.

Unfortunately there is construction next door. On a Sunday they were drilling all day. Not the hotel's fault, but there should be a discount to reflect the inconvenience.

The room had an odor, the shower had some mold in it, room was a bit too dark. I feel like for this price it could've been better.

The room felt luxurious and the bed was very comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet considering it was in the middle of Hanoi so because of the above, were able to have a really comfortable sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even after we had checked out, we got dropped off back at the hotel from Ha Long Bay and they very kindly let us store our suitcases with them until the evening which we really appreciated. Nothing

Prime location, easy access to the busy area and a lot of local food There is construction going on so there is constant noise from 8 am every day. Poor sound-proof in the room, can clearly hear all of the noise from the outside. Not a lot of privacy either.

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is perfectly located in the Old Quarter, right in the heart of everything, yet the rooms are surprisingly quiet which is amazing considering how busy the area can be. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even prepared a birthday cake for our son, which was such a thoughtful surprise. They also helped us arrange all our activities including our Halong Bay tour, visit to the Incense Village, and both our hotel and airport transfers. Traveling with a child can be challenging, but they made everything so smooth and comfortable for us. Breakfast was delicious, and I loved that they served pho, such a nice touch. The amenities were excellent, and the toiletries were complete. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi, especially families. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Everything was spotlessly clean, the staff were so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help us Our room was so comfortable, the beds and pillows are really comfy and high quality Spa is lovely, we had the collagen facial which I’d highly recommend Breakfast was lovely and in a beautiful room on the top floor, lots of options for vegetarians too We have one more night in Hanoi before the end of our trip and we’ve booked to stay again because we were so happy with this place The manager was able to help us book a day trip to Ha Long Bay and had many options to suit our trip N/a

Location and the staff were very helpful, Chris who helped organise our ha long bay trip and arrangement to the airport as well. They were very attentive and we enjoyed the cosiness of the hotel and the breakfast though small but very pleasant and tasty.

We really enjoyed our stay at Esplendor Hotel. The location was excellent near multiple sites and attractions. The front desk person Chris (sp?) was so helpful, especially with local vegetarian restaurant ideas, transportation, and laundry. This was our first time to Hanoi, and staying at the Esplendor was a perfect introduction to this vibrant and fascinating city. I highly recommend!
