I would especially like to thank Celine for her outstanding kindness and dedication. My trip was unexpectedly delayed because my Vietnam visa had not been approved in time. Celine went above and beyond to help me obtain an expedited visa. She stayed on the phone with me on a Sunday evening, coordinated everything, and thanks to her efforts, I received my visa the very next day. Her professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help turned a very stressful situation into a manageable one. Thank you, Celine, for your exceptional care. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are nice, and the staff members were all very kind and helpful. We even received a free room upgrade for the second half of our trip, which improved an already comfortable stay!

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was elegant, peaceful, and welcoming. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Everything was well-maintained and exceeded my expectations. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that my stay was too short to fully enjoy all the hotel’s facilities and services.

The hotel is in the perfect location, right next to the lake and the Old Quarter. The rooms are really spacious and clean, but the highlight is the service, which is exceptional.

The location was great, but the staff were exceptional.. very friendly and helpful. Saw to our every need, from the breakfast to the spa… made our 20th Anniversary very special. will definitely recommend this hotel to fellow friends and family

We had a great stay. The location was perfect. The staff went above and beyond and made sure we are well accommodated and not to mention they had an exceptional free breakfast during our stay. Will definitely go back there if we’re in Hanoi.
