Located on a very noisy street,most rooms full of traffic noise,the very nice staff helped me to get a room on tthe backside,it was quiet ? But had no windows ?

Very welcoming staff, and super comfortable bed. I really liked that the room was clean but also that it had a proper desk to work from. The minibar items are great but at a reasonable price and tempting! I did not use in-room dining although it was a well-priced option, but I did have a couple of massages which were very nice. Overall a very pleasant stay- if I return in Hanoi I will definitely stay here again!

A modern, well equipped hotel with a kind, helpful staff. Close to the National Convention Centre. There are no reasonable restaurants nearby, only some kilometres away; just questionable quality street food is available in the district. The housekeeping turns up to do the room late in the afternoon, which is very inconvenient when taking a rest just having arrived following a long conference venue. A city view is advertised on Booking; nevertheless, there is no city view present from the room, just backyards of some neighbouring houses.

I booked a Jr Suite- located at the 7th Floor. Superb and amazing room- spacious and clean. Love the extra large king size bed ?.. The room is well equipped (iron and iron board is only available by request). Complimentary fruit ? plate was made available upon check in ?. The hotel is located at the main road- so do expect some street noise (motorcycles- beeps and honks ?). Staffs- Okie ??. Didn’t try their breakfast- got up early to explore local, street food ?. Location- not too great if you are planning to go to the old quarter of Hanoi frequently for food, street shopping- the journey from the hotel to old quarter by cab (approx 25-30mins and can be up to 1hr+ during peaked). I chose this place as it was close to the Hanoi Convention Centre. Well, getting a grab car ? or bike ?️ is easy- so no worries ?. Weird noise from ?the aircond light switch?- can be disturbing ? before u doze off

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was good and surprisingly varied over our 1 week stay. We were upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Room was clean and comfortable. We wanted a hotel that was within walking distance from the National Conference Centre so it suited us well but it’s about 30mins (an hour should the traffic be bad) to the old quarter. But it was easy to go by Grab. The toilet had a smell (which seems common for hotels in some ASEAN countries) but if you keep the lid down, it minimizes the smell.

Stuff is polite, always ready to help and answer on questions. Breakfast is good, there are lot of food, eggs, meat, salads , fruits...fruit juice, tea, coffee. Room is big and clean with terrace door. Air-condition is good. There is kettle in the room. Sockets are usable for EU plugs, so adapter is not needed. Location is good, near business area, far from city center but taxi is cheap. Everything was good.

Staff was amazingly welcoming and friendly. The breakfast had variety and so that was great for me. The chef made any type of egg dish. The location was great for our conference needs, but a bit far from downtown for leisure activities. The rooms were nice, clean, everything worked fine. For those who want yogurt or cereal, there wasn't any. We tried to have dinner one evening during advertised hours but the chef had gone elsewhere and couldn't come back - so dinner was in a local restaurant, not the hotel. The massage room was in the basement - adequate, but not fancy (note that they could also come to your room, but I wanted the hole for the face).
