This is one, if not the best stay, ever in recent years. It is clearly a 10/10. Everything is perfect. Luxurious but accessible. Low key luxurious i would say. The breakfast is amazing. I eat on premise also and the food was good. Some guess with children do not follow rules at the pool and jump and i got splash a few occasions. The problem is not the kids or the hotel but the inconsiderate parents.

We definitely recommend this hotel that have the best location near old quarter , French quarter and beside the lake . Exceptional for enjoying night markets on Friday and Saturday nights with walking streets all around . Olivier PhD France

The friendliness of the staff immediately stands out. Beautiful room with a stunning view over Hanoi, thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks and fresh fruit, and an amazing view from the pool and rooftop bar. I also had the best salmon salad I’ve ever eaten there The shower temperature fluctuated at times, suddenly becoming very hot before returning to normal. The air conditioning also had a small issue now and then; turning it off and back on again temporarily fixed the problem. It was also a bit unfortunate that there was no hairdryer in the bathroom, though those are all minor details

The hotel location is right within the heart of the old quarter. Having said that, it’s neatly tucked in a corner that’s not overwhelmingly busy. We were met by a wonderful group of hotel staff. The reception staff gave us a very thorough set of instructions and recommendations of places to see and where to eat. We walked to restaurants and Hoa Lo prison museum from the hotel. The hotel is so close to Huan Kiem lake. They were very gracious to accommodate us before the check in time. The staff communication was so on point and we had help with setting up transportation to our next destination in Ninh Binh. The driver was very punctual, quiet, and safe. The manager Brian sent me a follow up message to make sure we made it to Ninj Binh safely. Best service from start to finish!! Thank you so much!!! Will definitely come back to this hotel in the future. None
