The breakfast was tasty . Early morning i have arrange a tour i went to the breakfast in the restaurant they accord me these facilities to eat early and as well as my early check out for my departure. the receptionist arrange a taxi from hotel to airport i really appreciate next stay i will come back again

Nothing Very noisy, nothing like the pictures, facilities are old (toilet and bathroom), some furniture in the room were new but all the rest ??

Friendly and well-trained staff. Great view on Hanoi from higher floors. Located in a nice area that feels a bit more local and less crazy than Old Quarter. The bathroom could be cleaner - particularly the tap could use a bit more care (but I see this quite a lot in Vietnam). Also you can see that the hotel is a bit worn out - walls in the restaurant need refreshing, tap and shower head could be updated to modern standards.

We had a wonderful time at the Minasi hotel. The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were absolutely lovely. We were checked in and welcomed by Joyce, who was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the stay, offering us recommendations for food and things to visit that were not so touristy. She even left us a lovely surprise note to wish us a good rest of our trip in Vietnam. Thank you Joyce, we are really grateful for your kindness and hospitality! :)

Everything was great from the beginning. From the way Joyce received us at the start till the very end. They were exceptionally sweet, kind and helpful. All of them, the receptionist, the bell boy, the restaurant manager and the final see off receptionist. The cleanliness, food, comfort….everything

Beautiful bathroom and clean room, good location. Walking distance of old quarter but quiet at night. Daisy and Magnus were great at reception. Thank you very much

Ok for night before the flight. Would not take for longer stay, but for some purposes its ok. Bit run down. Quite bad bed.

Personnel rather friendly and speaking a decent English level. Breakfast has a large list of options. Nice location not faraway from airport. Doors, knobs, water boiler very dirty. Bathroom old dated and questionable if correctly clean. I got surprised by knowing my room had NO WINDOW as i was getting the key. Photos in booking are misleading.
