I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back! The location is absolutely perfect, very convenient and ideal for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. During my stay, there was an issue with the elevator, and the hotel kindly took the initiative to upgrade my room without me even asking. I really appreciated this thoughtful gesture and the way they handled the situation. Thank you so much! The housekeeping was excellent as well. My room was always perfectly clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience and felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. I would happily recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit! -

Staff were wonderful - so helpful and supportive. Location was excellent, easy to get to the old quarter with plenty of local eating places and coffee shops. Bed was very comfy with great pillows! Spacious room. Good breakfast with lovely kitchen staff. I had a King Suite which was two rooms, one of which was a sitting room with a full kitchen - but there were no utensils at all. Not a single glass, plate or piece of cutlery. There were cups and a kettle for tea in the bedroom. We borrowed two glasses from the kitchen. I found this strange and quirky (and a waste of space) - it didn’t spoil my stay however, and gave me a chance to buy a small knife from the market and a lovely plate from a nearby pottery shop.

For a boutique hotel, the service here was truly top-notch. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The gentleman guarding the door kindly helped us with our luggage, carried our suitcases to our room, and even assisted us with setting up the air conditioning. Whenever we requested room make-up, everything was properly cleaned and refilled. The staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around the area. Plus, the room was surprisingly spacious for its price. We absolutely loved staying here and would happily come back again!

The shower and the spacious beds, as well as the location. The toilet bowl has a very small hole and was clogged easily.

The staff are nice and courteous. My 2nd time around in this hotel. I really like the breakfast buffet although limited selection bit it taste good. Thanks to the chef in the kitchen.

The bed and pillows were super comfy. Best bed to date on our travels. Central location with amazing staff. Dat helped us book a food tour and Ha Long Bay tour as well as travel to our next destination. The breakfast is great!

Room was spacious, clean and aesthetically pleasing. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked great. Staff very kind and helpful. No fault of the hotel, but there was construction nearby, which was quite loud during certain parts of the day.

Price is worth it for the family rooms. Quiet area in the old quarter. Staff were very helpful and pro active. There was no view in the family rooms. The breakfast staff was very unwelcoming. There was not much breakfast selection with just pho,eggs breads and fruits.
