Air conditioning wasn’t working properly, but staff addressed the matter quickly.

Convenient location The room was neat but when you took a closer look everything was kind of dirty and outdated. I was a little scared to sleep in the bed because of the state of the bathroom but after some inspection it seemed fine. The TV didn’t work and the shower/bathtub was designed poorly so when you showered water flooded the floor.

Nothing I had messaged with them previously and discussed my arrival time. I told them I was arriving at 4 am and asked if I could pay an early check in fee. They told me the fee would be 600,000 VND so altogether I would be paying 1,500,000 VND. When I arrived they tried to charge me DOUBLE the entire price. I ended up finding a new place to stay but was exhausted a frustrated.

Hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. Location was central but I felt it to be a bit rundown and better areas to stay.

The location we good, outside the busy spots but still close to lots of things. Our room had a musty smell, the wifi wasn’t great and the pool had no towels and the pool area wasn’t inviting.

All staff were very kind and helpful. I think this used to be a premium hotel but it really needs improvement for the price. Our air conditioner worked on occasion. Hanoi is in a heat wave so we really needed the air con. My husband ate the breakfast meats and I didn’t, he had diarrhea for 24 hours, air conditioning decided to not work so it was really uncomfortable for him. They sent maintenance up to fix it on day 2 of 4, we finally asked to be moved to a new room on day 3, which they did. The pool area pictures do not match what it actually looks like. Loungers are broken, and I don’t think the pool was serviced at all while we were there. Pool wasn’t clean.

The location was good and it was a decent property for the price paid. The staff appeared to be very unorganized. None of them spoke English, so it was a challenge to communicate with them for anything we needed.
