The location was great. Staff were friendly, and the room was clean. The room was cleaned really late, which was inconvenient at times. Music started playing in the hallway each day at 7am. The room had no natural light.

The hotel is lovely and up to date, and the rooms are peaceful and roomy. After a day of exploring the city, the bed is quite comfortable and ideal for resting. All of my questions may be answered by the knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was excellent as well; I will most certainly return.

The hotel is beautiful and modern, the rooms are very spacious and quiet. The bed is quite soft and great for resting after a day of traveling around the city. Professional staff, they can answer all my questions. Breakfast was also very delicious, will definitely come back

Polite staff with great service. Quiet location yet close to cafes and stores and lots of eateries. No breakfast on site. Must order in from another A25 branch or go there. Breakfast is subpar.

It was clean enough for the price. Staff was generally ok except for one incident. I stayed there because it's close to Serenity International Dental clinic. One day my sister came over to brush her teeth before the dental visit because she forgot her toothpaste. The staff stopped her at the door, wanted to charge her for coming over. They asked if she was there "to play"... gross. That's a weird thing to ask, worse when it's my sister. I'm never going back to this place.
